This week’s prompt: He was terrified of small spaces and she knew.
He was terrified of small spaces and she knew. Even when they were little kids, growing up on a tiny island in Washington, she knew how to push his fears. He was scared of spiders, rainstorms, and ghosts. One might even say he was afraid of his own shadow.
And tonight she wanted him to explore the crawl space beneath their childhood home. The only reason he agreed to do it was that Cassie would be there. He’d had a crush on her since she’d moved in next door over fifteen years ago. Tonight was the first time seeing her in years.
Check out the other great stories! And come back each Wednesday for a new prompt.
